Summary: The staff was courteous and helpful, the room clean and spacious for a hotel room here. The view from the balcony was amazing, looking out over the park, beach, great for people watching and sunsets. It's a classic beach-side hotel, simple but comfortable and close to everything in American Village (dozens of restaurants, shops, beach, and more). I really appreciated that it had free parking, even if it is limited (first come, first served).

Summary: Rooms are updated and very nice. Paint on the rust in outside hallways and doors would be an inexpensive fix and would greatly improve the looks of the hotel. We really enjoyed hotel, but hallways have an outdated, unkept feel

Summary: The room significantly exceeded expectations, boasting new and clean hardware. While parking spaces were somewhat limited and the reception area wasn't immediately obvious, the hotel's best feature is its proximity: it's super close to the beach.
